Terms & Conditions for Harvest Bloom Club Subscription

By purchasing this subscription, you agree to the following terms:

1. Delivery Only – Someone Must Be Home
Harvest Bloom Club bouquets are delivered to your home on Thursdays only, during the designated delivery window shared at checkout and confirmed by email.

You must be home to receive your bouquet in person. Due to the delicate, perishable nature of fresh flowers—and the extreme Southeast Texas heat—we will not leave bouquets unattended under any circumstances.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, your bouquet will be forfeited. No refunds, replacements, or redeliveries will be issued. We do not send reminders or follow-up messages about missed deliveries.

2. Subscription Duration & Delivery Dates
Your subscription includes FOUR consecutive weeks of delivery, beginning 09.25.25  and ending 10.16.25. 
Delivery dates are fixed and cannot be paused, rescheduled, or extended for any reason, including vacations or schedule conflicts. Subscriptions are non-transferable once they begin.

3. Hurricane & Severe Weather Contingency
If a hurricane or severe weather event threatens safe delivery, we will notify you by email with updated plans. We will work with you to arrange an alternate delivery day or safe retrieval option. Your safety and our team’s safety come first.

4. Seasonal Variation
Each bouquet reflects what’s blooming in our fields. The photos shown are examples only. Flower types, colors, and textures will vary week to week based on what’s in season.

5. Bouquet Care & Responsibility
Each bouquet includes an Ice Moon Farms hydration pack and care instructions. Once the bouquet is delivered to you, care becomes the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any damage, wilting, or issues that occur after delivery.

6. Missed Deliveries & Refunds
Due to the perishable and custom-grown nature of our flowers, no refunds, replacements, or redeliveries will be issued for missed deliveries. All Harvest Bloom Club subscriptions are final sale and non-refundable.

7. Safety Notice
Our flowers are for decorative use only. Do not consume any part of your bouquet. Keep flowers out of reach of pets and children. Ice Moon Farms assumes no liability for misuse or accidental ingestion.

8. Optional Gift Wrap
If selected at checkout, gift wrap includes tissue, ribbon, and a handcrafted tag. Wrapping will vary each week and is thoughtfully coordinated with that week’s bouquet palette.

Please note: We are unable to accommodate same-day delivery changes, alternate addresses, or late arrival requests. Thank you for respecting our fixed delivery schedule.

10. Gifting Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be purchased as a gift; however, the recipient must be available each week during the designated delivery window. Please provide the recipient’s full name, delivery address, and contact phone number at checkout.

If the recipient is unavailable on any given week, standard missed delivery policies will apply.
