Welcome to The Artisan Farmers Market (“Platform”). By using our Platform to purchase goods, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars and may include applicable taxes.
Payments must be made via the methods specified on the Platform (e.g., credit card, etc).
Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled unless permitted by the seller’s refund and cancellation policy.

5. Products and Sellers

The Platform connects buyers and independent sellers. Sellers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of their products.
Product descriptions and images are provided by the sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery policies are determined by individual sellers and displayed on the product listing.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. The Artisan Farmers Market is not responsible for delays caused by the seller or shipping carrier.
EXCEPTION: Multi-Vendor Delivery
- You must have your order submitted before Sunday at 6 pm
- Minimum order of $50 required to participate, delivery fee $20. ***Orders of +$100 receive free delivery***
- Deliveries are completed Wednesday Afternoons
- A designated person should be available to receive the delivery; if no one is available, please leave a cooler with ice packs at your front door for best handling

7. Refunds and Returns

Refund and return policies vary by seller and are outlined on the product listing page.

If you encounter an issue with a product, contact the seller directly via the Platform to resolve the matter.
Disputes unresolved with the seller can be escalated to our support team for mediation.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
Misrepresent yourself or provide false information.
Engage in activities that harm the Platform, sellers, or other buyers.
Attempt to circumvent our policies or payment systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, and logos, is owned or licensed by The Artisan Farmers Market Ltd. Co.. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees regarding the functionality, availability, or accuracy of the Platform.
We are not liable for issues arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, including product quality, vendor shipping delays, or vendor non-delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Artisan Farmers Market is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Artisan Farmers Market, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
